Psychological Impact:
Chronic self-questioning,
difficulty accepting praise, overworking to “prove” worth, discounting achievements

Physical Impact:
Insomnia, fatigue, muscle tension, headaches – often masked as “working too hard”
Psychological Impact:

Emotional Impact:
Panic, dread, irritability, low self-confidence in communication settings
Physical Impact:
Dry mouth, racing heart, sweating, shaking, bowel issues, shortness of breath – often misread as mere “adrenaline”

“You’re not good enough to be here.”
Public Speaking Anxiety Adds:
“And now you have to prove yourself to everyone.”
The Combined Impact of Maladaptive Thoughts:
"I'm not smart enough," "They'll see I’m a fraud," "I’ll embarrass myself.”

It sounds harmless, but behind that phrase is a mask, one labeled fear, anxiety, and Imposter Syndrome.
You rehearse. You prepare, but the moment you speak, your energy drains.
Not because you lack skill, but because you’re carrying the weight of self-doubt.
You don’t need to keep hiding.
You need a way to speak that feels like the authentic you.
I am here to help when you are ready to
invest in yourself.
You’ve earned your place. You’ve done the work. But when leadership calls, you hesitate. Not because you’re incapable, but because you question if you’re deserve the opportunity.
This quiet self-doubt doesn’t mean you’re not ready. It means you care deeply.
And that care deserves to be honored, not hidden. I’ve helped leaders like you reclaim their voice.
You don’t need to be louder.
You need to be clearer, with yourself.
Stop ghosting your own brilliance.

You know what to say, but when the moment comes, your voice disappears. Not because you’re unprepared, but because fear freezes your mouth…and your momentum…and your credibility… and your confidence… and on and on...
The problem isn’t your intelligence, it's your fear of "what they might say or think." Growth only comes when you have the courage to step into the unknown, the uncomfortable and emerge safely on the other side with newfound understanding. You can do this. Take the first step.

At the end of the webinar, I will share a few options for how we can continue to work together, but there is no financial cost to you for our 2 hours together. If you feel like I can add more value to your journey and would like to continue working together, I would be humbled to walk alongside you and offer my expertise and coaching to help you reach your goals.

This is not a 1-on-1 private coaching session. This is a group webinar open to a maximum of 100 attendees. The actual number of people in the webinar is dependent upon how many people register and attend.
I encourage everyone that attends to have their cameras on, but that is not mandatory. All microphones will be auto-muted, but can be unmuted during certain parts of the webinar. As a former therapist, I am intimately aware that not everyone is at the same place in their person journey through Imposter Syndrome and Public Speaking Anxiety, and therefore, if you would feel safer learning from me with your camera off, to help you remain safe and anonymous, that is 100% your choice and 100% ok with me. If you feel safe doing it, I would challenge you to step into the discomfort of turning your camera on if that is something you'd be open to trying. Seeing people's faces and reactions to the material we explore together helps me customize the live presentation in the moment. The more you actively participate in the webinar, and avoid multi-tasking, the more you will learn, grow, and transform.
